The Club History & Purpose
The Bermuda Pacers Track Club, Charity # 757, is a non-profit youth track and field organization with a mission to help build character, mental strength, self-esteem and good sportsmanship. We are focused on uplifting and showcasing Bermuda’s talented youth athletes at both the local and international standards, while stressing the importance of academics. The Club was founded in 1981, by a group of parents who were interested in promoting the development of track and field on the island. It has been 37 exciting and rewarding years. Currently, the Club has about 100 members aged 7 and up, who practice at the National Stadium from two days at the junior level, to as many as four times a week at the senior level.
